Have you got your hands full? Welcome to the club 🙂
Although mostly a comment accompanied by a sympathetic look from onlookers, having our “hands full” is actually a blessing, isn’t it?
This website began with a dream to encourage other moms who are also in the midst of the delights and trials of one of the greatest privileges in the world: raising kids.
Though it’s not always easy, there is no joy compared to the joy of motherhood, and that’s why I titled this blog, “Full Hands, Happy Heart.”
What you can expect…
I aim to post weekly and offer blog content that will make your full hands even fuller (resources and tips for the daily ins and outs of managing kids) and your heart happy (spiritual insight and encouragement to keep you going!)
Since my own children are in the baby and toddler phase right now, my writing will be focused on that age group but will expand as my kids grow up.
Some of the topics I am passionate about are:
- Traditions & practices to help your child get to know Jesus
- Communication & understanding your child’s personality and individual needs
- Marriage in the midst of parenting
- Positive Discipline
- Parenting “Styles”
- Fun & educational activities for you and your child
- Tips for a healthy household
- Our own heart and needs as mothers
The best way to keep up with my posts is by subscribing via email, which you can do by clicking here. As a small thank you for reading along, I’ll send you a copy of my new e-book — “And a Little Child Will Lead Them” (a compilation of stories of how my children have led me closer to God) — for free!
Friend, know that you are not alone in your journey of frustrating mothering lows and un-toppable highs!
A fellow Mama with full hands and a happy heart,
